Sage Wellness Connection is a passion project for Paula Iverson and Shannon Fife based on an accumulation of education in the areas of Human Service, Recreation and Psychological Health & Safety with the addition of over 20 years experience in the Human Service field supporting vulnerable adults, children and families from all walks of life in varying circumstances. It is our mission to create mental health and wellbeing ripples through coaching, consulting and teaching others to learn about their own mental health. By doing so, out hope is that they will take their new found wellness knowledge, passion and energy to empower people withing their own circles.

The Wellness Facilitator Training, assists you to develop your own mental health and wellness through the 8 domains of wellness, then teaches you to use that knowledge to support and empower others in your family, community or workplace.
The Supporting Psychological Health in First Responders in Rural Communities Project, launches *Dec 15!* The training is aimed at Community Champions who want to provide peer support on a one to one basis or run peer support groups for first responders or their families and friends. (Anyone providing direct service work with the public can benefit from this training).
